This is handled by Qt, and not directly by Mnemosyne. However, on the download
page, a few Qt-related startup options are mentioned, perhaps these help...

Hello, I just installed 2.6.1 on windows 10, there seems to be a minor bug
where the icons (add cards, edit...) are scaled but the resolution for the
icons are low.
Perhaps the arthour of those icons have them in bigger versions so they can
be replaced?

Hello, it seems like the new line sign is ignored in the field of
description for plugins and scripts on the mnemosyne website for some
scripts. Could it be that the newline newline character from windows is
ignored while linux/mac works properly? There seems to be no issues on the
user contrib
