[WikimediaMobile] File upload error report: Token errors and file name problems

Here is a report of current mobile upload errors that have occurred in the last 30 days. It appears that are main source of errors are around filenames and bad tokens/expired logged in sessions. Let's try and cut these down [1,2]. What is strange is none of the filenames look bad - 2 examples
