Hi,
You have to place your finger just above the Home button. Talkback
should announce various call actions prompts which you have to follow.
I reiterate, you do not lift your finger after placing it for the
first time, simply keep it held down and then slide it to the right to
pick it up.

Bhavya. , thanks for your reply Let me get some basic knowledge about
android / talkback then get back to know the method. After placing my
finger in the centre of the screen but Talkback doesn't announce
anything. If I slide right then send message option will come like
"busy, call me later etc"

been provided by the application developers causing an accessibility
hinderance. You can label unlabelled buttons according to your desire
