Thank all, specially Vivek for guiding me repeat caller announce.
Please advise me have a look on missed calls & SMS digit by digit, word by
word. I am able to know some miss call is there & a new SMS but do not find
way to open it.
My phone is Soni Expiria Arc, Lt.15 on Jelly Bea
even I am also unable to read miss calls & messages word by word &
character by character so please anybody suggest how to read even
while reading news papers.

use gramularity option through swiping bottun to up and then left to right
now explore by touching in round
in call log first you have to choose gramularity menue by making round
and then again make round and lift on finger on desire one
well, while reading newspaper or any web content, just use
hi
here are some tips to use gramularity menue
after choose the gramularitty menue by swipe bottom/up/right without
lifting finger!
use flick down to go forword and flick up to go back to read character
swipe left /right to go forword and right /left to go back to read word and line
