g 1st generation. I suggest all to take your problem to motorola by clicking
the link given below:

I've told them my problem in a following brief chat:
Gurugubelli: Hi, my name is Gurugubelli. How may I help you?
Gurugubelli: Welcome to Motorola chat support. How may I assist you today?
TS Negi: I'm a visually impaired person, and using accessibility features,
I've updated my moto g 1st gen, to lollypop, now whenever i'm calling talkback
is announcing in ear speaker at the sim selection point, which is much
inconvenience for me, while earlier in kitkat it used to announce in the
speaker. Any solution? please!
 Gurugubelli: Okay!
 Gurugubelli: I understand your concern.
Gurugubelli: I will Provide you details. In order to proceed further,May I
have your contact number in case a follow-up is required and from where did you
purchased the device?
 TS Negi: Ph. 9013204820
Gurugubelli: May I know from where did you purchased the device?
TS Negi: I've bought this from flipkart
Gurugubelli: Thank you for providing details.
Gurugubelli: We understand you are facing an issue with the talk back ,Am I
correct?
 TS Negi: Yes
Gurugubelli: I suggest you to try A force reboot to device .
Press and hold the power key for 120 seconds to perform a force reboot on the
device.
 TS Negi: done several times
TS Negi: and not only I'm facing similar but all visually impaired persons
facing same
Gurugubelli: Ok I understand your concern.
Gurugubelli: We would advise that you perform a Factory Data Reset. Factory
Data Reset is a tool used to remove everything that was imported, added or
installed on the device. The reset does not affect the contents of your SIM and
SD card.
Gurugubelli: Keep in mind, when using this feature everything is deleted. This
includes all Messages (SMS, MMS and Emails), contacts and 3rd party apps. Also,
multimedia files that are stored in the internal memory might be removed. Due
to this, we recommend that you backup your data.
TS Negi: If only I would be facing this issue then your advice be good but
it's happening in all moto g 1st gen not in moto g 2nd gen
Gurugubelli: Okay,Could you please provide me your IMEI so that we will
escalate your issue.
Gurugubelli: Thank you for bring the issue to our concern.
TS Negi: This issue is being faced after updating to lollypop
TS Negi: How can I know IMEI no.?
Gurugubelli: We suggest you to dial *#06# to get your IMEI number.
 TS Negi: IMEI 1: 355004052675207
Gurugubelli: thank you for providing your details.
 TS Negi: IMEI 2: 355004052680207
Gurugubelli: We will escalate this concern to our technical team.
Gurugubelli: Is there any thing else I may assist you with?
 TS Negi: no

receive a short survey after this chat. We appreciate any feedback you can
provide. Thanks for choosing Motorola!
