may work and Move("banner", {x: "500"}); doesnt works?
Man i like mochikit, but ill try then script.aculo with prototype thanks

If you use the packed version from trunk, you still need to include the
file MochiKit/New.js to use Visual effects. This should be cleaned
soon.
