PMC approval is not required for IP Logs.
It's a little early to submit them. The IP policy states that the Release
Review is the trigger for IP review, and--while it doesn't indicate a
specific lead time--my interpretation is that the IP review take place
weeks in advance of the release review,

that committer status, please respond ASAP. I'll let this sit for at
least a week before I take any action.
