patch

I applied both patches, and can successfully switch from 2G to 4G and vice
versa.
mmcli -m 0 --set-allowed-modes=2G
successfully set current modes in the modem
mmcli -m 0 shows in the Modes section:
supported: allowed: 2g; preferred: none
allowed: 4g; preferred: none
