I have a Librem 5 phone with a BroadMobi BM818-E1 modem. The operating
system is PureOS 10 with ModemManager 1.14.12. Making phonecalls works
most of the time, but sometimes it does not work and I have been trying
to figure out why.

I managed to get qmicli working with /dev/smdcntl0 device via qmi-proxy --no-exit(due to issue described here https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/libqmi/-/issues/51) I can ge wds service connected, but still can't bind port to rmnet_data0, some more debugging needed.
