I initially disliked Sublime. Thought the self titled record was boring and
unmotivated. Had a friend play the 40 Ozs to Freedom record for me one day
and heard the opening sample. It was the line "Punk rock changed our
lives..." off of Minutemen's Double Nickles on The Dime record. After

Have to say the Sebadoh "Ocean" single has an acoustic version of "Magnet's
COil" that is quite possibly the most painful thing that I have ever heard.
Built to SPill's "Car" hurts a lot too. Husker DU's "Never Talking to You
Again" is a hurtful little didy as well. When all else fails, just
I like to think that all of the BTS records have their own special place in
my heart. I just got a copy of the KILAS that has the extra song, "Forgot
Remember When" that all the fans of Perfect From Now On need to hear! It fits
in well with the PFNO sound.
