the radio station here in columbus...cd 101...is a pretty cool station...they play a lot of the mainstream alternative stuff...but nothing like korn or limp bizkit (sp?)...mixed in w/ radiohead or gbv...and even elliot smith...everytime elliot smith comes on...im in shock still...its just odd to hear him on the radio...cd 101 has this thing on sunday nights (12-2am) called independent playground where they play good indie stuff...and a few weeks ago they started playing the new modest mouse....if they havent started already...im sure modest mouse will make it into regular rotation during the day.... if you ever wanna check out the statio go to cd101.com...considering we dont have decent college radio (you cant hear it unless you are on the streets of campus...i couldnt even get it in my dorm >=( )...this is the best station in columbus.... --frenchy
