A new version (1.1) of OpenInteract has been released. OpenInteract
is an extensible web application framework built on Apache, mod_perl,
the Template Toolkit and SPOPS object persistence.

Quick change notes:

 - New package 'results_manage' makes it simple to manage and persist
  generic search results and/or objects

  - Many packages use the new SPOPS iterators to return results, which
  should reduce resource consumption, in some cases dramatically.

  - Many modules were moved from the 'base' package to the core
  distribution, which will hopefully make the whole process more
  understandable -- and browseable via 'perldoc'.

  - Many bugfixes and general enhancements
