I've had about two years of experience with perl, and one year of
experience with mod_perl and MySQL.
I've been doing contract programming jobs for people and charged by the
hour. The rate I currently charge them ($40) was kind of chosen randomly.
I'd like to find out if this figure is too
have ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol:
.perl_get_startup_pool
I tried adding a similar -bI: to my mod_perl.exp, but it did not
help... clues, anyone?

This seems funny to me...
I have Perl 5.6.1, Apache 1.3.17, and mod_perl 2.8.0. I am trying to
build Apache-LogFile-0.12. I am on (gag) AIX platform, oslevel 4.3.1.
When doing make for LogFile, I get this error:
rm -f blib/arch/auto/Apache/LogFile
This problem went away when I downgraded to Apache 1.3.17, mod_perl
1.25, and mod_ssl 2.80. I would really like to use the up-to date
versions if I can... can someone provide me with a clue to what has changed?
