I am trying to install the latest version of Mod_perl (version 1.26) with Apache 1.3.23 on RedHat 7.2.
When I tried the "make test" from the mod_perl installation I had an error saying that the module URI couldn't be found. I then downloaded and installed the URI module from cpan.org: URI-1.18 and now I get the following error: /usr/bin/perl t/TEST 0 Can't locate object method "new" via package "URI::URL" at ../blib/lib/Apache/te st.pm line 252. Anything I am doing wrong? Thanks for you help, Pierre
