Back in May, 2000 I've started this page: http://perl.apache.org/help_with_modules_wanted.html when Doug was looking for a new owner for Apache::PerlVINC. Now this page is empty, so this is to remind you that if you want to hand off your module to a new family or you are in need for a generic not existing Apache:: module but you don't have the tuits to implement one, this is the page for you.
