I have encountered the same mod_perl make problem working with these
releases:
Perl 5.8.9
Apache 2.2.3
mod_perl 2.0.4
a...@arthur-desktop:~/Downloads/mod_perl-2.0.4$ make
cd src/modules/perl make
make[1]: Entering directory
`/home/artg/Downloads/mod_perl-2.0.4/src/modules/perl'
cc
building a static apache or dynamic that uses .so modules??
