RPM of apache with static mod_perl and mod_ssl

Is anyone publicly maintaining a current apache (1.3 or 2.0) with a static mod_perl and mod_ssl? I've searched and not found such a thing. It would seem that it /should/ exist, but I haven't run across it. Does anyone have any pointers I'm missing? -- -- Report problems: http://perl.apache.
