It's my pleasure that by courtesy of Holger Reif I can provide you online
versions of the presentations
o ``The beautiful features of SSL''
o ``How to get SSL into Apache''
which Holger gave last months at O'Reilly Open Source Software Convention 1999
in Monterey. The presentations (tal
The usual amount of bugfixes per week. Nothing to worry about if you've
already 2.4.1 running. But if you've an older version running, it's now a good
time to upgrade because the 2.4 series is very stable.

How can I configure an SSL server to redirect (eg to
an enrollment web page) if a client fails to
provide a valid certificate.
Trying to access the server (with netscape46) results
in a "No user certificate" message from the browser
followed by an "IO error occured during security
authorisation"

Hmmm... an interesting situation. If we find a solution it should _definitely_

Jeff,
I am trying to solve SSL accessed by IE, and am compiling up Apache 1.3.9
with mod_ssl and openssl 0.9.4. Could you tell me where to get the MM
library you refer to, or is it OS-specific? I use Digital Unix 4.0D.
