want to set up series of directories that give
access to some people and not others. So will SSL encrypt every file and subdirectory
under the first directory that is set. I just want to make sure I am not sending out
unencrypted passwords.

When I make changes in the httpd.conf file and restart the webserver, the changes do
not seem to be taking affect. I am clearing my browser cache and bypassing my squid
server. I don't get it.
