ssl libs in /usr/local/ssl and apache's build scripts were picking them up.
instead of /usr/local/openssl - I can't remember what I did to get them to

I upgraded an old installation of apache 1.3.26 with Openssl
0.9.6/mod_ssl-2.8.10 to OpenSSL
0.9.8b/mod_ssl-2.8.27 + Apache 1.3.36, but it seems that mod_ssl is still
compling against 0.9.6.
When I do a GET the server returns:
