Just as an FYI, I got a fail on Win Strawberry5.20.2 just recently.

Package that got the error hasn't failed on Windows
since I got it working on 5.14.

I tried asking on the strawberry list, but they didn't seem
to be aware of any problems or changes that would have caused
it. Very weird. One person told me 'categorically'
that using '/' as a path (or in your PATH) in windows was illegal.

Funny that. I sent back my path which has has '/'
in some of the paths since at least early WinXP days.
Never had a problem with it. Now many of the cmdline
utils use '/' as a switch char, so they won't work, but
at the core of windows, NT, '/' works as well as '\'.

Can't help but wonder why I'm just now getting a fail
when not before, though notice you are running 5.18...

strange.
