after I committed my Unicode patch to Text-Diff, you've asked me to check if
the tests still work on perl5.00503. After downloading the PITA image and
running it under QEmu, I realised it doesn't and that's because Text-Diff has
an (unadvertised I might add) dependency on Test-More who
