CPAN NameSpace Registration

Hi,
I have registered a namespace a while ago and while my request is still
being processed (i guess), I would like to make sure that the module
namespace registration is simply the permission to be included in the
official Perl Module list found on CPAN and which can be installed via
'cpan install MyModule'. Is that right?
