This is very curious. I don't recall ever making someone a co-maintainer.

Hi brian,

Whilst working through the book *Intermediate Perl*, chapter 21 exercises,
I added the file Tie/Cycle.pm to my module Acme::AXP::Utils as directed,
expecting my submission to be rejected. Instead, not only was the upload
accepted, but I was made co-maintainer of the Tie::Cycle module, and my
version was indexed on CPAN as the canonical version. Whoops!

I’ve since deregistered as co-maintainer, and deleted this version (0.04)
of my package from PAUSE, but I don’t know whether this will result in it
being taken off CPAN as well. In any case, it’s not due to be deleted until
this Friday.

Luckily, I did not change any functionality in my upload, so all that’s
happened is that it’s being distributed under the incorrect module.

I just thought I’d let you know of the issue, and warn you that this is
likely to happen again with future readers!

Thanks,
