The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       Template::Plugin::MARC
  DSLIP:       adpOg
  description: Template::Toolkit plugin to make MARC friend
  userid:      JCAMINS (Jared Camins-Esakov)
  chapterid:   11 (String_Lang_Text_Proc)
  communities:
    #koha on OFTC and #evergreen on freenode

  similar:
    MARC::Record

  rationale:

    In keeping with other plugins for Template::Toolkit, I have placed
    this module under the Template::Toolkit namespace. MARC is a
    standard used by the library community to represent bibliographic
    data. Displaying MARC data (which is usually handled in Perl using
    the MARC::Record module) directly in Template::Toolkit is a
    nuisance, requiring either extensive Perl code embedded in the
    templates or preprocessing beyond simply loading the record in the
    Perl script that wishes to display MARC records using
    Template::Toolkit. This plugin makes it possible to display
    MARC::Record objects directly from the template.

The resulting entry would be:

Template::Plugin::
::MARC adpOg Template::Toolkit plugin to make MARC friend JCAMINS
