The external console used for testing doesn't work.
Steps:
1. Create a new C# console project (defaults to "hello world!")
2. Set to use external console for debugging (under
project->options->configurations->debug)
3. Run
Expected result:
The program should run in the external console and write "hello world!"
Actual result:
I get an error:
