If i create new docs using monodocer, it creates files like
"ns-MonoTorrent.Client.Messages.Standard.xml" for each namespace. If i try to
edit the documentation in monodoc, it expects the file to be called
"MonoTorrent.Client.Messages.Standard.xml".
