Open Visual Studio. a. Create a new class library project. b. File c. New Project d. Visual C# e. Windows f. Class Library 2. Mono->Create Linux Package Actual Results: Package Configuration does not open until you double click in the solution explorer Package1.pkgxml Expected Results: Should pop up right away How often does this happen?
