Our company is working third year exclusively with #D, and since SharpDevelop 2.0 the experience is simply great! It has debugger, great intellisense support (like ctrl+g, alt-insert, alt-space, alt-enter, find-references, find-subclasses, etc.), svn integration, nunit integration, supports Boo (which we happen to use). It's pleasant to work with XML files inside #D, because it has intellisense here too. #D 3.0 now has multi-core project compilation, class diagram pluing, a little-more refactoring options.
