Hey guys,
Ok, from the replies I got, it seems like the updater is not to be
trusted to do this large change. I will talk to Duncan about this, and
see if we can run this against the finalized mscorlib at least to
document what is missing.

My recollection of the updater program was that it was pretty flakey.
It shouldn't be hard to write a new program to bring the xml files up to
