I'm having trouble installing mono onto my Red Hat 9.0 OS...

- I've downloaded mono-0.26-1.ximian.6.1.i386.rpm
- I've downloaded and installed apxs
- I've downloaded and installed httpd-devel-2.0.40-21.3.i386.rpm
- I've downloaded xsp-0.5 but couldn't install it because "mcs: command not found"
- I downloaded and ran "./mono-build.sh", but I ended up with errors like "/usr/bin/install: cannot stat './System.Windows.Forms.dll': No such file or directory
- I downloaded and ran configure with mono-0.26-1.ximian.6.1.i386.rpm , but when I run make I'm missing some files: mod_mono.c:57:26: mono/jit/jit.h: No such file or directory.

I'm a beginer at installing Linux software... I've been following directions as best I can. Does anyone have any idea what I haven't done?

                        Thank you!
                        Ian,
