Hi (Miguel),
Should CS3019 (CLS compliance not checked for internal and private) be
emitted at the default warning level of mcs? It makes the build quite
verbose now, with many of those warnings issued which are most likely
being ignored by hackers right now.

Here's what I noticed: 'make test' from mcs doesn't work anymore.
NUnit.Framework.dll is not being copied into class/lib/default.
