You can certainly use SWF within Monodevelop. However, what it doesn't
have is a forms designer.

Well, it seems the "IMHO" applies to your bulleted list of priorities
and then you went on to make a blanket statement about how the
community feels about SWF.
I just wanted to point out that I'm a part of the Mono community and
disagreed. That's all.
So, anywho, some of us think SWF has more pr

That is what we call "unfair".

Not really. It is kind of the view from the community.
From http://www.mono-project
I agree with Abe. While Gtk# is like a son of Mono, it even works with Windows and is much more easier to make cross-platform, MWF represent native Look&Feel on the major OS. If you're developing something for the masses and non-techical users, UI and integration is very important. If you are devel

Hi,
Just a suggestion - a SWF addin for MonoDevelop. That would really make
it a hell of an app (IMHO) - it's currently just fantastic.\
You mean a Winforms designer?
Yes.
Winforms is about the only thing lacking from MonoDevelop IMHO.
IMHO the priorities in MonoDevelop ar
