I just noticed that monotone displays the commit time for changes
(printed by 'mtn log') in UTC and not my local time. Is this the wanted
behaviour? If not, does anybody else see this or is it just some
misconfiguration on my machine?

When doing a standard 'mtn rename ...' everything works as expected:
