There are a couple of new ChangeLog utilities in contrib/ . (1) edit_comment_from_changelog.lua This is an edit_comment hook that first looks for a ChangeLog file, and takes the top entry as the initial text for the commit message. Mostly useful for when commits are supposed to have a matching commit message and ChangeLog entry.
(2) ChangeLog.sh This is a script that uses the monotone date, author, and changelog certs to generate a ChangeLog for the last n (default 15) revisions. It does this for the workspace base revision if run from the root of a workspace, or from a revision specified on the command line. This should be useful for projects where people don't like having to continuously merge the ChangeLog file.
