  the amount is irrelevant.   all transactions imply a reasonable, safe shipping method.   the snide, unfeeling comment reminds me of the unscrupulous seller who misleads with false descriptions who then says.."but i gave him a full refund"-   BUT.the disappointment factor of the buyer
