Beyond the news that passed 10 min. ago below on the AP wire, the thing that bothers me is dudring the the last 10 years, Mr. Ford's family tried, without success, to get the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences to submit Glenn Ford's name for consideration for a lifetime achievement award.
