Hi Everyone
This is my first proper post to MOPO, after announcing the launch of my
movie poster website, yesterday.
As a seller, I think it is a great idea to put MOPO flyers into every
package I send to somebody.
Also, as a seller, I would be happy to pay the few Pound Sterling it wo
Tom,
It might be tougher than you think. Remember, these 40x60
heavy card stock posters were intended for use by Drive-In Theaters. Usually
they were posted on big boards along the entrance road leading up to the

Trying to play the game, I'll post a poster related question. Do you believe a DVD release or a film remake can change poster prices? Recently I've seen the alternate Wicker Man style that is the sun symbol and silhouettes beneath it hitting $100 and $150 easily. Is this a reflection of renewed

Personally, I can do without posts about deceased actors, reviews of movies,

I would really like this forum to stick to movie poster collecting.

Dear MOPO Friends, As the hot Louisiana summer winds its way down, we are launching our annual event auction. This year's highlights include an exceptionally rare handful of original Bogart Title Cards from the 1930s, plus some great material from many other eras. The desirable British Quad f
I think the decline in MOPO membership is probably due to the fact that we
really haven't discussed movie posters on this list for about 2-3 years now.

Dave,
Sending out "join MOPO" flyers with every poster shipped is an absolutely
OUTSTANDING idea... think of what Bruce alone could do. A practical suggestion
that would actually produce results without having to change anything about the
lists format. I will now enjoy watching the sellers...
Hi, Everyone,
I have about 20 Auctions closing within 3 TO 4 HOURS, many Classic

At these prices, they are definitely a STEAL! Thanks to all,

I don't think that people should be compelled to write for Mopo, but I feel
very strongly (and have said so in the past) that the forum would be better
off if discussions were limited to subjects directly related to our
collecting interests.
