Why would you be looking for a Blu-ray recorder for TCM? TCM is not in HD so,

If you just want a blu-ray player, I've started seeing them for under $200.
If you don't already have a DVDR, it's almost a why bother now?
DVD-recorders are already dropping below $100 for many models and will only
continue their downward spiral as companies will try to phase them out
I bought a Panasonic Blu-Ray player that was the Editor's choice on
cnet.com . I am very pleased with it. The remote is easy to use and
easy to see the buttons. Picture is great, too. I paid Best Buy $299
for it. As for DVD recorders, I have no suggestions.
