[MOPO] that dreaded brown tape with a twist

i normally remove the excess, dried brown tape from the back of?inserts or half sheets--provided it wont remove any of the poster paper. however, i just received a 1949 insert with tape at the top and bottom (fully disclosed in the description). BUT, BUT, BUT.THIS TAPE I DID NOT?TRY
