don't really want anything elaborate, but a decent site.
I had a website several years ago, it cost a couple of thousand dollars for
a designer, and set up. I eventually left it for all Ebay, but things are
*VERY FINAL** CALL to consign your linenbacked posters!*

I love Hirschfeld's work but a lot of the movie posters he was
associated with only had partial artwork by Hirschfeld. I think he's
better remembered by his theatrical caricatures that ran in the NY Times
Sunday newspaper. My vote would be for Amsel. I think Saul Bass is
overrated. FRANC

hi michael, saul bass produced many opening title/credit sequences, but he is
still certainly a [the] major poster artist. Aside from the well known stuff
like Vertigo, Man With The Golden Arm, Anatomy Of A Murder and Bonjour
Tristesse, Bass did amazing work on campaigns for The Big Country,
