One of my favourite Polish posters! It was one of the last from my first
"collection" that I let go.
Since then, "the private collection" has been in a a contsnat state of flux and
movement, as it is with most dealers, I suspect.

I agree with Phil. My Polish poster from AIP's THE RAVEN has been framed

I knew. I sold them

There was a big boom in Polish posters among the cognescenti of the US/UK
poster collecting world in the late 70s, especially when anything was difficult
to get out of Eastern Bloc countries of the time.

Interesting discussion.
I have some Mexican lobby cards, mostly from Karloff's last quartet of
films. But doesn't that make sense because of the "country of origin?"

And hopefully by the time those five years happened, you wisely invested that
money in inventory you turned over many times - giving you a much greater
return than sitting on stale inventory and waiting for the market to catch up
to your vision would have done.

Strangely, (or interestingly, perhaps) the higher the quality of a
dealer's merchandise, the less prejudiced they seem to be against
Mexican paper.
I'm waiting for Todd to post, telling how he absolutely lurves it.

Hi Folks,
this is warning about one ebay seller who sells new inket prints, poor

The problem with the Mexican lobby cards is that there so many of them,

I think the Mexican lobby cards have as much validity as many film
posters that are out there. I don't see any reason why they should be
specially singled out for exile!
