The quoted portion purporting to come from a lawyer, does not sound like the language or style of a lawyer.   What was the purpose of the letter?  I am sure that we would all like to see and laugh at that letter.

I seem to remember that the reasons that movie posters can be sold legally have been quoted on MoPo in the last but it would be great if someone could provide the legal terminology (or something close to it) that allows movie posters to be sold.
