if you intend to pay by credit card, make sure you clear out the cash in your account FIRST. otherwise, they only use your credit card for the difference of the payment from the cash you had on hand.... whenever i pay using paypal, i clean out my account FIRST!!!! they love to say (in broken english)....well, we are not a bank....the policy is in the rules/website. if i read all the stupid rules, it would take more time than to deliver your payment to the seller across the country read my prior posts on this........... (i have always paid directly to a vendor when given the rare opportunity. bruce always allowed direct credit card payments......) michael
