The reissue I saw was in one of Bruce Hershenson's auctions a few years back. It was a duotone poster, blue in color, I think.

i reported the other day that a dealer last week (and i will not expose his
identity) offered to sell me 2 half sheets of a title that appeared on my want
list. we exchanged a few emails. after 3-4 emails, he quoted me a price for
each. ironically, a fellow collector emailed me
There certainly was a re-issue UK quad. Just recently sold one.

I don't believe that there is a reissue of THE BLUE DAHLIA. I don't
recall ever seeing a U.S. reissue. There was a 1945 reissue of THIS
GUN FOR HIRE, but I don't remember THE BLUE DAHLIA ever being reissued.
