[MOPO] Breakfast at Tiffany's OS help, please

I just bought a Breakfast at Tiffany’s (with a full money back policy).   Is anyone aware of any reissues or odd non-original situations with this title?  The artwork is the normal, original OS but the NSS is different.  I’m asking because I have another copy of this poster and the NSS is
