Yes, full frame pan and scan. Not good. I thought it might get you by until a good remastered official release DVD comes out in this country. You need a good transfer in the right aspect ratio from the best film elements possible. It seems like it would be out as a DVD-R made on demand if they don't want to press them in the US.
