So... I'm checking out Todd's latest very cool offerings (always good for a
reality check on the status of my bank account and for generating a few
daydreams...) and I notice something... just below where you click the link to
"Watch This Auction"... there's a couple of links to select a method of getting
bid notices... and THEN there's a link that says:
"Sell one like this" (!!!)
I kid you not. When did eBay add this to their auction descriptions? Talk
about issuing an invitation to copy someone's auction... or hijack any potential
bidding on it by immediately listing "one like this" of your own (even assuming
you had "one like this") and providing a tool for making it easy to do so...?
And putting it on a seller's page so that his competition can make use of it? Am
I missing something here or is this perhaps a less than seller-friendly thing
for eBay to do?
