The one on ebay looks like it has the NSS info on the bottom left
border, just below the imagery of the couple.
Heres a link to a large shot that was on ebay, as well as a link to
an image of a copy sold on HA. Both look tho have the same info
there. I think it really boils down to what

No greens/blues in the clouds, contrast to strong, shadows and gradients are
off, skin tones on couple in the lower left are off, and the top/bottom shows
too obvious of a transition where the original image (grey) was placed on a new
background (white) for printing.

Plus the ebay images are far from clear or optimum color balanced,
that's for sure.
