If the listing says "lobby cards" but not "set" is it always just the
single card pictured? I see some listings with insanely high prices
for not-at-all rare cards, (eg: $1650 for a card from When World's
Collide.") I'm thinking, this has to be a error with an extra zero in

Great question and the answer is a definite "it depends".
Lobby cards of course is the size indicator and pulling up the listing, I can
see from the description it is a complete set. There is also an indicator below
the photo that says "8 images" which you can click on to see large scans
I think Tom had a good point. I would say it is sometimes difficult
to know if the price is for one lobby or multiple lobbies. I think
each refers to lobby cards. Yet sometimes there is just one and other
times there is a set. This is probably an easy fix, but I too found
